Genome sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Tahitimassiliense strain MT43, a new lineage of M. tuberculosis, French Polynesia. Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain:tahitimassiliensis MT43

We report the characterization of a new lineage of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in French Polynesia. This lineage shares the same molecular characteristics of tuberculosis complex mycobacteria but have different colony morphology.
