数据集主要展示了由钽铌废料经碱熔、低酸转型、低酸萃取、转型结晶等过程所获得的钽铌酸钠产品的纯度和形貌，数据采集GD-MS检测和SEM分析，旨在说明该工艺可直接高纯氟钽酸钾和氧化铌制品。This dataset mainly presents the purity and morphology of sodium tantalum-niobate products obtained from tantalum-niobium scraps via processes including alkali fusion, low-acid transformation, low-acid extraction, transformation crystallization and other steps. The data were collected through GD-MS detection and SEM analysis, aiming to verify that this process can directly produce high-purity potassium fluorotantalate and niobium oxide products.
