This record contains full example image datasets for the ImageCytox Fiji/ImageJ macro. The datasets illustrate typical and challenging analysis scenarios for image-based 3D cytotoxicity assays, including different effector-to-target ratios and clustered tumor cell conditions. The datasets are intended for testing, demonstration and reproducibility of the ImageCytox macro.
