Olfactory Learning and Memory Data for paper titled Multiple methods for assessing learning and memory in Drosophila melanogaster demonstrates the highly complex, context-dependent genetic underpinnings of cognitive traits OlfactoryRawData.zip contains the raw counts for olfactory learning, memory, and baseline preference data. Individual replicate files and full compiled datasets included. OlfactoryCovariateData.zip contains the raw counts for sugar acuity and odor acuity. This file also includes the images from the sugar acuity assay used for counting.
