Preprocessed dataset required to reproduce Supplementary Figure S6PQR

These files are required to reproduce the supplementary figure S6PQR of the paper.

The DataOverview_SF6PQR provides AnimalIDs, fiber side, protocol and recording dates.

For each AnimalID in the DataOverview this dataset contains:

1) The pre-processed photometry data of the CoT sound-on-return (SOR) session (filename: mouseID_date_smoothed_signal.npy) 

2) A dataframe containing all relevant behavioural events and time stamps of the CoT sound-on-return session (filename: mouseID_date_restructured_data.pkl)

Please note, in this modified version of the CoT task, the sound-on-return (cue) was played during the return from the side to the center port to indicate that the subsequent trial is a contralateral trial. Ipsilateral trials were not affected and the cue was played upon poke in in the center port.
