We reported transcriptional characterization of vTreg53 TCR transgenic Treg cells from splenic/lymph nodes and visceral adipose tissue (VAT) stimulated by agonsit peptide fat1562. We identified that peptide immunization is associated with TCR activation and that the VAT Treg transcriptome is largely maintained in the presence of antigen stimulation Overall design: Treg cells from pooled spleen and lymph nodes of vTreg53 TCR transgenic mice were transferred into CD45.1 B6 mice. Six weeks later, the recipient mice were immunized subcutaneously with CFA/Fat1562, followed by a boost with IFA/Fat1562 intraperitoneally one week later. The clonotype+ Tregs from the spleen/lymph nodes and VAT of recipient mice were double sorted and processed for RNA-seq
