Sex-specific heterothermy patterns in wintering captive Microcebus murinus do not translate into differences in energy balance.

This dataset summarizes all data collected during a 6-month follow-up of wintering mouse lemurs equipped with temperature loggers and monitored for body mass. Two experimental groups were designed (control vs caloric restriction) in both male and female mouse lemurs. Description of the data and file structure The dataset comprises 3 different sheets with different types of data: Sheet entitled "Tbmin_BM_Count_SDweeks" summarizes individual data of Tbmin, %torpor, BM, Tbmin*BM used for GAMM analyses in the paper; Sheet entitled "torp_parameters_3SDTF_sd40" summarizes individual data extracted from the segmented analyses to describe heterothermy profiles on the 3 periods of winter; Sheet entitled "repro_success_sd40" summarizes data on reproductive success during the following summer.
