Edges of tidal wetlands or locations along small streams in Fairfax County that fall under the Wetlands Zoning Ordinance. Development within near these edges often require a wetlands permit for land disturbances or related construction activities. This was captured from the 1 inch = 100 foot mylar zoning maps.
