GHG flux Vitoria Bay mangroves

Here we conducted high-frequency in situ measurements of soil CO2 and CH4 effluxes in a tropical urban mangrove in southeast Brazil over tidal and seasonal cycles. We measured soil CO2 and CH4 fluxes using a dynamic closed opaque chamber method, coupled with a LI-COR LI-7810 Trace Gas Analyzer.
