Data for paper titled "CRIP2 drives a stage-independent profibrotic switch in aberrant alveolar epithelial remodeling in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis"

The data is part of publication for a paper titled "CRIP2 drives a stage-independent profibrotic switch in aberrant alveolar epithelial remodeling in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis". The data contains analysis code for bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and ChIP sequencing. We used this analysis code to explore role of CRIP2 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
