The effect of polysaccharides on gastric mucosal injury - multi omics analysis

The gastroprotective effect of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides on alcohol induced acute gastric mucosal injury in mice was investigated using proteomics, metabolomics, and 16 rRNA omics analysis strategies. It provides scientific basis for utilizing β - glucan from Hericium erinaceus as a functional food ingredient with gastric protective potential.
