Ellipsoid Simulation Dataset for 2D-to-3D Reconstruction

We share a part of the synthetic ellipsoid dataset used in the article "ONIX: An X-ray deep-learning tool for 3D reconstructions from sparse views" . The file ellipsoid_5to10.npy contains the projection data used for 3D reconstruction. It includes 1000 3D objects, each with 10 projections uniformly spaced between 0° and 180°. The 3D ground truth is available for the first 10 objects, which are used for validation.For more details about the dataset, please refer to our article. The full dataset is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
