The type 2 diabetes mouse model was established by the combination of high-fat feeding and STZ. Mice feces were collected after 200mg/kg of licorice flavone was administered. 16S RNA sequencing was performed to detect the effect of glycyrrhiza flavonoids on intestinal microorganisms in mice.
