To explore the effects of different concentrations of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides (GPP) on mouse peritoneal macrophages, in this study, neutral red phagocytosis, Griess's reaction, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) were used to determine the phagocytic function, proliferation ability, Nitric oxide (NO)secretion, Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), Interleukin 1β( IL-1β) secretion, and the expression of macrophage calmodulin (CaM) and stimulatory G protein α (GSα) gene mRNA.

为探究不同浓度的绞股蓝多糖(Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides, GPP)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响,本研究采用中性红吞噬实验、格里斯(Griess)反应、酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)以及定量反转录聚合酶链反应(quantitative reverse transcription PCR, qRT-PCR),分别检测巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、增殖能力、一氧化氮(Nitric oxide, NO)分泌水平,乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)与白细胞介素1β(Interleukin 1β, IL-1β)的分泌情况,以及巨噬细胞钙调蛋白(calmodulin, CaM)与刺激性G蛋白α亚基(stimulatory G protein α, GSα)的基因mRNA表达水平。
