We obtained full-thickness skin biopsies from five individuals with severe psoriasis who were receiving risankizumab treatment. Skin biopsies were taken from lesional and non-lesional sites at baseline, and from lesional sites at day 3 and day 14 of therapy. Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed using a 10x Genomics platform. Longitudinal single-cell RNA-sequencing of skin biopsies obtained from 5 individuals with severe psoriasis. Samples were taken at day 0 (non-lesional and lesional skin) day 3 and day 14 (lesional skin only) of risankizumab treatment. Submitter states that raw data will be submitted to dbGaP due to patient privacy concerns.
