This dataset contains the research instrument (questionnaire) used in the study titled "The Effect of Gadget Use Intensity on Learning Concentration of SDN Pajajaran 01 Elementary School Students from the Perspective of Behavioral Addiction". The dataset includes both the original Indonesian version of the questionnaire, which was administered to the students, and an English translation for international reference.
