The high-quality genome of Fusarium ipomoeae strain F-1

Fusarium ipomoeae is an emerging soilborne fungal pathogen that infects roots and basal tissues of diverse crop species worldwide, leading to significant agricultural losses. To elucidate the genomic basis of F. ipomoeae, strain F-1was isolated and subjected to whole-genome analysis. A high-quality reference genome was assembled using Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing and polished with DNBSEQ short-read data.
