Breakdown of the papers included in the rapid review.

The green shading highlights the different types of study used for each country. There are 5 groups to show the number of studies: 0, 1–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–10; 0 is white and as the number of groups increases so does the green shading. The orange shading highlights the total number of papers included in this study for each country. The darker the orange colour the greater the number of studies. It must be noted not all methodologies are mutually exclusive, for example, some modelling studies modelled vaccination strategies.
