Analysis of environmental Burkholderiaceae biosynthetic gene clusters reveals conserved and clade-specific natural products

Burkholderiales as a source of natural products, we have developed a selective method for environmental Burkholderia isolation, from this new set of isolated Burkholderiaceae we started a survey for novelty in terms of new natural products, we started strain prioritization with IDBac methodology, from the knowledge obtained from IDBac we then selected 115 strains for genome isolation, which we are displaying on GenBank.
