To investigate the the 3D architecture of genomes of early mammalian gametes and embryos, we used in situ Hi-C technique to analyze the different contact points of bovine gametes and embryos.The results showed a fully mapped genome-wide chromatin contact map of bovine.Using these maps, we are able to discern domain structure, compartmentalization, and chromatin loops.
