UCS is known to be occur in Cervico-lumbar area, this condition leads to postural complications. The muscular imbalance results in arising variety of symptoms for example, pain, spasm, exaggeration of spinal curve, further exceeds to spondylotic changes. PNF is a stretching technique which complies isometric stretch which targets proprioception also. ICT maneuver involves ischemic pressure on the muscle belly which after decompression results in rushing of blood, later breaks down the trigger point beneath the compression site and relieves pain.
上交叉综合征(Upper Crossed Syndrome, UCS)好发于颈腰段,可引发姿势相关并发症。肌肉失衡会引发疼痛、肌肉痉挛、脊柱曲度过大等多种症状,病情进一步进展可出现脊椎退行性改变。本体感觉神经肌肉促进术(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, PNF)是一种拉伸技术,其采用等长拉伸方式,同时以本体感觉为干预靶点。缺血压迫技术(Ischemic Compression Technique, ICT)的操作方式为对肌腹施加缺血性按压,待减压后可促使局部血液快速灌注,进而松解受压部位下方的触发点,最终达到缓解疼痛的效果。
