Data and code for the paper SCAR and the Antarctic Treaty System – an evidence-based perspective

Details of and counts of Working Papers and Information Papers submitted to the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Papers from 1961 to 2023, including the names of the authors (country Parties, Observers, Experts) along with metadata describing the contents of the files and R code used for the analyses of these data. All data were collected and analysed as described in the associated text file over the period August to September 2023.

本数据集涵盖1961年至2023年间提交至《南极条约》协商文件（Antarctic Treaty Consultative Papers）的工作文件（Working Papers）与信息文件（Information Papers）的详情及数量统计，包含作者（国家缔约方、观察员、专家）的姓名信息、描述文件内容的元数据（metadata），以及用于本数据集分析的R代码。所有数据均于2023年8月至9月期间，按照关联文本文件所述方法完成采集与分析。
