MODIS is a key sensor onboard the Terra and Aqua satellites. It is the only on-board instrument that directly broadcasts real-time observation data worldwide via the X-band, enabling free reception and unrestricted utilization of the acquired data. MYD07 is a standard atmospheric Level-2 and Level-3 data product containing atmospheric profile data. It features a spatial resolution of 1 km under Lambert projection, and a spatial resolution of 30 arc-seconds in geographic coordinates. Daily datasets are Level-2 products, while dekadal and monthly composite datasets are categorized as Level-3 products.
