资源简介：
根据我国蔬菜种植主要地区，病害发生较严重地区，确定采样地点，每点采取随机取样方式，对采集后的病样进行显微观察及病原菌鉴定，明确引起病害发生的主要病原菌种类。含有采集地区，采集时间，采集部位，病害名称，病原菌拉丁学名数据。
Sampling sites were selected based on major vegetable cultivation areas and regions with severe disease outbreaks across China. Random sampling was conducted at each site. Collected diseased samples were subjected to microscopic observation and pathogen identification to clarify the main pathogenic species causing the disease. The dataset contains data on collection location, collection date, sampled plant part, disease name, and Latin scientific names of the causal pathogens.
