Age Management Database

Description: This dataset in this database is the result of a systematic literature review on age management, focusing on the older working population with the aim of identifying the main approaches developed, classifying the types of proposed practices, detecting conceptual and methodological gaps, and proposing future lines of research.
Methodology: The database was constructed by consulting the information available in the Web of Science (WoS) and SCOPUS databases for the period from their inception through March 11, 2024. The search was limited to the keyword “Age Management” in the author keywords. These data were analyzed using an inductive thematic categorization approach for the systematic literature review.
