Wind wave Spectra and other data were collected at fixed platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, South Pacific Ocean, Coastal Waters of Western U.S., East Coast - US/Canada, and Great Lakes from September 1, 2000 to September 31, 2000. Data were collected using moored buoys.
