资源简介:
Ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase-1, TET1, takes part in active DNA demethylation. This study showed that TET1 expression reprogramed ovarian cancer epigenome and correlated with poor survival in advanced-stage epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). Overall design: Examination of transcriptional profile of ovarian cancer cell lines, SKOV3 and HeyC2, overexpressed full-length of TET1. Results provide insight into molecular mechanism through which CK2α inhibitor can inhibit a subset of ovarian cancer expression TET1.
