Data set on the GC-MS profile of Selaginella bryopteris from India

The present data set gives the analysis for Gas chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) of the methanolic (M) and acetone (A) extracted fractions of Selaginella bryopteris whole plant obtained from three different locations in India namely the states of Karnataka (UKA and UKM), Maharashtra (UMA and UMM) and Tamil Nadu (UTA and UTM).

本数据集针对从印度卡纳塔克邦、马哈拉施特拉邦、泰米尔纳德邦三个不同产地采集的布氏卷柏（Selaginella bryopteris）全株的甲醇提取物（M）与丙酮提取物（A）组分，开展了气相色谱-质谱联用法（GC-MS）分析，各产地对应的样品编号分别为：卡纳塔克邦（UKA、UKM）、马哈拉施特拉邦（UMA、UMM）、泰米尔纳德邦（UTA、UTM）。
