Pacbio long reads asembly for Fasciola gigantica

Fasciola gigantis and Fasciola hepatica are the pathogeny of fascioliasis presenting the widest latitudinal, longitudinal, and altitudinal distribution, yet they have the largest parasite genomes sequenced resulting barrier on the genomic research. Here, we use a variety of sequencing and assembling technologies to generate new high-quality reference genomes for Fasciola gigantis and improve the integration of gene structure prediction.
