资源简介:
Loeys-Dietz Syndrome (LDS), caused by a spectrum of mutations in the TGF-β signaling cascade, leads to aggressive thoracic aneurysms. Given the ubiquitous nature of TGF-β signaling machinery, the exact cell type(s) responsible for initiation of LDS pathogenesis is poorly understood. Overall design: Aortic root and ascending aortic tissue from 8-week-old Tgfbr2G357W/+ (Loeys-Dietz Syndrome) and WT littler mate control mice was subjected to tissue digestion and single-cell RNA sequencing. Multiple mice were pooled into each sample, yielding 2 samples total.
