Human plasma exosomal microRNA sequencing

This study provides small RNA sequencing data from plasma-derived exosomes of patients with delayed neurocognitive recovery disorder (dNCR) and a non-dNCR control group. The project contains a total of 12 samples, and the effective data volume (CleanReads) of each sample ranges from 6.23 to 24.83M. The genome alignment rate ranges from 37.08 to 90.26%, the alignment rate of known miRNAs ranges from 1.64 to 18.68%, and the total number of known miRNAs aligned on all samples is 448. There is 1 differential comparison group, and the number of detected differential miRNAs is: 85.
