The jet's body is perfectly cylindrical, except for the nose of the plane which appears slightly rounded. Near the beak on the body of the plane, a dual cockpit can be seen shielded by a glass covering. Two pilots are visible within the cockpits of the plane. Along the body of the plane and left wing, an emblem in the shape of a star is visible. On either wing tip, a large metallic cylinder can be seen. The description on the back of the photoprint reads: "New bureau Lockheed Burbank -- New guiding Starfire -- Defense of America's homeland from enemy aerial attack is the assignment of Lockheed F-94C Starfire. Newest all-weather jet interceptor to bolster the U.S. Air Force, the nearly automatic Starfire is radar-guided to its target. Electronically steered rocket salvos, fired from the nose of the 600 plus mile per hour F-94C, blast into target with pin-point accuracy".
