There is substantial heterogeneity in specifications of commercially available red and blue light-emitting diode (LED) masks for at-home acne treatment

This study was a market review of currently available at-home red and/or blue light-emitting diode devices for the treatment of acne. The specifications of currently available products (such as wavelength of light and fluence of devices) were mostly in line with specifications of devices that have been shown to be effective in treating acne in randomized controlled trials. This supplemental data includes the methods for this study, as well as the statistical analysis showing that there is no correlation between device price and device irradiance or fluence (power).

本研究针对当前市售家用红光及/或蓝光发光二极管（light-emitting diode，LED）痤疮治疗设备开展了市场调研。当前上市产品的各项参数（如光照波长、设备辐照注量）大多与随机对照试验中证实可有效治疗痤疮的设备参数相契合。本补充数据包含本研究的方法学内容，以及证明设备售价与设备辐照度或辐照注量（功率）不存在相关性的统计分析结果。
