PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profile for a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sash window having a real wood texture， and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a profile for a PVC sash window having a real wood texture， in which: when extrusion molding is performed through an extruder as a profile of a defined shape， marble raw materials are extruded onto the surface at a given thickness at the same time; after extrusion， the marble raw material portion has a predetermined wood pattern through a number of brushing processes by a sanding machine 100， so that the profile used as a frame of a window frame， a window door， and the like constituting a sash window does not have the form of attaching a decoration sheet， but realizes a texture close to that of a tree to differentiate the surface of the sash window; and thereby the product competitiveness is increased and the appearance is improved.
