本数据集为多科室全类型临床病历匿名化整合数据集，全面覆盖儿科、妇科/产科、呼吸内科、皮肤性病科、骨科、肿瘤科等临床专科，收录临床诊疗全流程核心与重要病历文书。核心文书含入院记录、出院记录、辅助检查报告等关键诊疗节点资料，重要文书涵盖医嘱单、处方记录、门急诊病历等，针对皮肤科、口腔科等特殊科室强化门诊病历收录，突出外科手术记录价值。

This dataset is an anonymized integrated dataset of multi-departmental, full-type clinical medical records. It comprehensively covers clinical specialties including pediatrics, gynecology/obstetrics, respiratory medicine, dermatology and venereology, orthopedics, oncology and other departments. It collects core and important medical documents throughout the entire clinical diagnosis and treatment process. The core documents include key diagnosis and treatment milestone materials such as admission records, discharge records and auxiliary examination reports, while the important documents cover medical order sheets, prescription records, outpatient and emergency medical records and others. For special departments such as dermatology and stomatology, the collection of outpatient medical records is strengthened, and the value of surgical operative notes is highlighted.
