Supporting information tables for "Vitamin B1 & vitamer availability has greater impact on bacterioplankton in the coastal ocean versus estuaries"
收藏资源简介:
Supporting information tables associated with the manuscript “Vitamin B1 & vitamer availability has greater impact on bacterioplankton in the coastal ocean versus estuaries.” The accompanying Excel workbook contains four worksheets corresponding to Supporting Information Tables S1–S4. Table S1 contains measured vitamin B1 and vitamer concentrations compared with concentrations expected from conservative linear mixing across the estuarine-to-coastal salinity gradient. Table S2 contains bacterial and archaeal amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) that significantly increased relative to the corresponding unamended control following the same nutrient-amendment treatment in at least three of the ten sequenced experiments. Table S3 contains large significant bacterial and archaeal ASV abundance shifts following vitamin B1, vitamer, and nutrient amendments relative to the corresponding unamended control. Table S4 contains large significant bacterial and archaeal ASV abundance differences between CNP+B1 and CNP treatments. The workbook is provided in its native spreadsheet format to preserve the complete tabular structure and facilitate filtering, searching, and reuse.
