The ionospheric data includes the foF2 and hmF2 parameters obtained with the digisonde at Hainan, Mohe, and Wuhan stations from 2013 to 2018. The data at low latitude Hainan station has been manual scaled and the data at middle latitude Mohe and Wuhan stations are auto scaled. The format of the data is ' year, month, day, doy, hour, minute, second, foF2, hmF2'. The default value is 999.0.
