Examples of use for the FAS algorithm

We have created this supplementary instruction document demonstrating the use of the FAS algorithm, both in the theoretical case of the diffraction-limited spot and a circular light guide, as well as an octagonal light guide and a defocused spot using measured data. With these two examples, we hope to facilitate application of the algorithm in either a theoretical case, or a practical situation to obtain the alignment sensitivity curve.
