This dataset refers to a vector database generated in ChromaDB from 1,612 papers obtained from PlantEXP involving plant RNAseq. Its purpose is to serve as a basis for searches using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) in BILBO (Bioinformatics Integration for Large-scale Biological Operations), starting from functional annotations of differentially expressed genes.
