Data from: Genomic evidence reveals a radiation of placental mammals uninterrupted by the KPg boundary

Then, randomly drew 60, 100 and 200 genes from each quintile, and replicated this procedure three times for each of the three gene-sets. For each of the 60, 100, and 200 gene sets, five different gene partitioning schemes: no partition; five partitions; ten partitions; twenty partitions; and each single gene as a separate partition.

胎盘哺乳动物序列比对压缩包（alignments of placental mammalsseq.zip）、最大似然基因树压缩包（mltree.zip）及mcmctree相关数据集：本数据集包含3867个基因，依据DVMC值由低至高划分为5个五分位组。随后从每个五分位组中随机抽取60、100和200个基因，并针对上述三种基因集各重复抽样流程3次。针对60、100及200个基因的各基因集，共设置5种不同的基因分区方案：无分区、划分为5个分区、划分为10个分区、划分为20个分区，以及将每个单基因作为独立分区。
