Forming process failures

When producing bolts in a forming process, the pressure signals are recorded per forming cycle of a bolt in sampling rate 1000 Hz. The dataset is collected from experiments of different failure modes of a forming process. There are 2 experiments recorded in csv format. Four failure modes, including core broken, cavity block, insufficient lubrication, and material out-of-specification, as well as one normal mode are provided. The first and second groups of experiments were performed in the same machine with different cavities and cores. The data are saved in Forming Failures Exp1 and Exp2, respectively.

在成型工艺生产螺栓的过程中，以1000Hz的采样率记录每颗螺栓单个成型周期的压力信号。本数据集采集自成型工艺不同失效模式的相关实验，共包含2组以逗号分隔值（CSV）格式存储的实验记录。本次实验涵盖4种失效模式，分别为型芯断裂（core broken）、型腔堵塞（cavity block）、润滑不足（insufficient lubrication）以及材料规格不符（material out-of-specification），外加1种正常工况模式。第一组与第二组实验均在同一台设备上完成，仅更换了不同的型腔与型芯。实验数据分别存储为Forming Failures Exp1与Forming Failures Exp2。
