In order to provide a convenient and broad platform for research of human early embryo, we present the HPPIED (Pre and Peri-Implantation Embryo), a web-based single-cell transcriptomic database of human early embryo. The HPPIED contains 10 datasets about 29k cells at the single-cell level. Based on the integration of published literatures, we provide a visualization tool of detailed cell types and gene expression profiles.
为给人类早期胚胎研究提供便捷且广泛的研究平台，我们推出了HPPIED（Pre and Peri-Implantation Embryo）——一款基于网页的人类早期胚胎单细胞转录组数据库。该数据库包含10组单细胞级别的数据集，涵盖约2.9万个细胞。基于已发表文献的整合分析，我们提供了可展示详细细胞类型与基因表达谱的可视化工具。
