This paper analyzes how leaders connect and optimize the four dimensions of transformational leadership to foster organizational commitment and follower satisfaction in achieving organizational goals and their sustainability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with in-depth data collection techniques conducted at several nonprofit institutions within the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, such as several Centers, Educational Foundations, and Heads of Elementary and Secondary Education Units. Based on the analysis of transformational leadership, leaders are able to motivate and direct followers in achieving organizational goals and their sustainability.
