The effect of Anong Niuhuang Pill on the gut microbiota of mice with ischemia-reperfusion

In order to explore the changes of intestinal microenvironment after stroke, 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed on the composition of fecal microbiota. To control for stress-related effects of MCAO surgery operation, we also collected feces from the same mice before the operation to examine their baseline gut microbiota, serving as the normal control group.
