"Two-headed" juvenile of Nematodirus sp. from reindeer (Rangifer tarandus)

Dataset consists of two folders. Each one contains photo and video of "two-headed" juvenile of Nematodirus sp., obrained from the feces of reindeer (Rangifer tarandus). The folder entitled "Egg in tap water" contains photo and video taken with x10 and x40 magnification, bright field, dark field, phase contrast. The folder entitled "Juvenile in tap water (2 month later)" contains photo and video taken with x10, x20, x40 and x100 magnification, bright field, dark field, phase contrast.
This dataset is a supplement for the research article "Double trouble: ‟two-headed” Nematodirus sp. juvenile from R. tarandus" by Olga Loginova for the Russian Journal of Nematology.

本数据集包含两个文件夹，所有素材均取自驯鹿（Rangifer tarandus）粪便中的“双头”细颈线虫属未定种（Nematodirus sp.）幼体的照片与视频。
其中名为“自来水中的虫卵”的文件夹内，包含以×10、×40放大倍率，采用明场、暗场、相差显微镜拍摄的照片与视频。
名为“自来水中的幼体（2个月后）”的文件夹内，包含以×10、×20、×40、×100放大倍率，采用明场、暗场、相差显微镜拍摄的照片与视频。
本数据集为Olga Loginova发表于《俄罗斯线虫学杂志》的研究论文《双重困境：源自驯鹿R. tarandus的“双头”细颈线虫属未定种幼体》的补充数据集。
