Raw Data_Factors Influencing Social Anxiety Among University Students

This dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Social Anxiety Among University Students," was collected from three universities via the Wenjuanxing platform (https://www.wjx.cn/) between June and July 2025. Using a random sampling method, 860 valid responses were obtained to examine the impact of mindfulness, self-compassion and rumination on students' social anxiety. The dataset includes demographic variables and key psychological factors, such as self-compassion and rumination, which were analyzed as mediators. The data provide insights into the mechanisms influencing students' social anxiety, offering valuable references for educational research and policy development.
