Dry Zone Value Chain Off-Farm Value Chain Surveys: Mills Component

This data set contains information on 182 oil mills in the Magway, Sagaing and Mandalay regions of Myanmar’s central Dry Zone. Of these mills, 144 are from 5 urban centers (Magway, Pakkoku, Monywa, Shwebo and Mandalay) and 38 are rural. The data contains information on asset ownership and acquisition, human capital, business history, source of investment capital, employment, seasonality, costs and returns, product and service assortment, historical trade volumes, and location of customers and suppliers.本数据集收录了缅甸中部干旱带（Dry Zone）内马圭、实皆与曼德勒三省的182家榨油厂的相关信息。其中144家来自马圭、巴古、蒙育瓦、瑞波及曼德勒5座城镇中心，剩余38家为乡村榨油厂。数据集涵盖资产所有权与购置情况、人力资本水平、经营历程、投资资本来源、用工状况、季节性特征、成本与收益、产品与服务品类、历史贸易量，以及客户与供应商的区位分布信息。
