This dataset contains all the spikes of the cells recorded in the study entitled "Neural correlates of distinct levels of predatory threat in dorsal periaqueductal gray neurons." The Matlab struct can be opened with MATLAB software, and it contains six attributes. The first is "cell_number", which indicates what cell the data refers to, and the second is "animal_number", which shows what animal. The third attribute is "Data", which contains ten lines, each representing 10 minutes of recordings in a vector with 600k columns (one for each millisecond) that are zero if there are no spikes and one if the spike is present in that millisecond. The first two lines are the recordings in the neutral environment, the third and fourth are for the plush condition, the fifth and sixth for the cat condition, the seventh and eighth are for the post-cat, and the night and tenth are for the contextual environment.
