Whole transcriptome sequencing was performed on blood samples collected from patients with benign tracheal stenosis and normal controls. To explore the possible biological functions of the differentially expressed genes in patients with benign tracheal stenosis, and to provide a valuable molecular basis for investigating the pathogenesis of benign tracheal stenosis. The benign tracheal stenosis blood samples and normal control samples were collected in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, including 6 benign tracheal stenosis samples and 5 normal control samples.The samples wered stored in the refrigerator at -80℃ for long-term storage for high-throughput sequencing.
