The attached materials constitute the full replication package for the article entitled “Assessing the competitiveness of emerging startup ecosystems through a multi-criteria approach.” This repository includes the decision matrix, raw and processed datasets, indicator descriptions, weighting outputs (CRITIC and Entropy), ranking results (TOPSIS and WASPAS), robustness scenario configurations (SC1–SC10), Spearman correlation analyses, and the scripts used to reproduce the results reported in the manuscript.
